We’re excited to be part of your journey to better movement and lasting wellness. Our goal is to make your first visit easy, comfortable, and clear from start to finish.

For your appointment, we recommend wearing relaxed, flexible clothing that allows us to assess and treat the areas that need care—especially the spine, shoulders, and hips.

There’s no paperwork to stress about ahead of time—our new patient forms are simple and can be completed in just a few minutes when you arrive.

What to Expect at Your First Visit

At West Chiropractic & Wellness, your health journey starts with a detailed, personalized evaluation. Once you’ve completed your new patient forms, you'll meet with one of our experienced chiropractors—either Dr. Jenna, Dr. Ethan, or both—depending on your individual needs.

Your initial visit may include:

  • Range of motion

  • Postural and spinal evaluation

  • Orthopedic and neurological assessments

  • Functional tests

  • Gentle, hands-on chiropractic examination

If necessary, we may also recommend X-rays or imaging to get a clearer picture of your condition—our X-rays are conveniently taken right here in our office.

Will I get treatment on my first visit?
Sometimes, yes! Depending on your condition, we may begin your care right away. In other cases, treatment may begin on your second visit after we’ve thoroughly reviewed your exam findings.

Plan for 45 minutes to 1 hour for this first visit so we can carefully assess your needs and review potential care options.

Second Visit & Chiropractic Treatment

At your second visit to West Chiropractic & Wellness, you’ll meet one-on-one with your chiropractor to review the results from your initial exam—this may include X-rays, posture scans, or other assessment findings.

We’ll take the time to walk you through what we discovered, explain how it relates to your symptoms, and outline a personalized care plan tailored to your specific needs and goals.

Your first visit, as part of our new patient special, may include your initial chiropractic adjustment. During the second visit, we will review your findings in detail and discuss recommended care options. Any treatment moving forward, including additional adjustments, begins only after we establish a care plan that aligns with your goals.

🕒 This appointment generally lasts between 20–30 minutes, depending on the treatment provided and any follow-up education we may offer.

Our goal is to make sure you feel confident in your care and understand the steps we're taking to help you heal and stay well.

Financial Information

At West Chiropractic & Wellness, we aim to make care simple and affordable. We’ll review the cost of your personalized treatment plan during your second visit, after we've had a chance to fully assess your case.

We accept CareCredit, Health Savings Accounts (HSA/FSA), and all major forms of payment. Military and family discounts are available, and we can work with insurance or your attorney if you've been in an auto accident.
